Title: Expression of GRP94 in cervical squamous cell carcinoma and its clinical significance
Abstract: Purpose To explore the expression of GRP94 in cervical squamous cell carcinomas and its clinical significance. Methods Western Blot and immunohistochemical SP technique was used to detect the expression of GRP94 in 32 cases of cervical squamous cell carcinomas and 30 normal cervical tissues. The relationship between GRP94 expression and cervical squamous cell carcinomas was analyzed. Results Expression of GRP94 was significantly higher in cervical squamous cell carcinomas than in normal cervical tissues(P0.05).The GRP94 expression presented a tendency of perinulcear accumulation. Conclusion The higher expression of GRP94 has a close relationship with cervical squamous cell carcinomas.GRP94 might be a noval marker for evaluating the biological behavior of cervical squamous cell carcinomas.
