Title: Minimally invasive treatment experience of 512 patients with lower urinary tract stones
Abstract: Objective To explore the safe and effective cure methods of lower urinary tract stones. Methods Retrospectively diagnosis and treatment of 512 patients with lower urinary tract stones,including 405 bladder stone case and 107 urethral calculi case were analyzed. The lower urinary tract stones were treated by the following methods,98 case by vigorously clamp lithotripsy,153 case by pneumatic lithotripsy,227 case by holmium yag laser lithotripsy,34 case by direct clamp lithotripsy. Results All patients succeeded from 10 to 61 minutes one time had no complications,such as hemorrhage,infection,urethral stricture and so on. Conclusion The patients with lower urinary tract stones should select different minimally invasive treatment depending on the circumstances for safe,effective and quick operation with little complications.
