Title: Inhibition Effect of Endophytic Fungi During Primary Culture of Cleisostoma scolopendrifolium Garay
Abstract: In order to establish the sterile propagation system of Cleisostoma scolopendrifolium Garay, the inhibition on endophytic fungi during primary culture of Cleisostoma scolopendrifolium Garay were studied by 0.2% potassium sorbate and 0.2% sodium benzoate in medium. The results showed that both two kinds of preservatives had inhibition effect for the growth of fungi and the inhibition effect of 0.2% potassium sorbate was more significant. The addition of two kinds of preservatives had a certain inhibition for the germination of external lateral bud,and the inhibition of sodium benzoate was more prominent. In addition,0.8% sodium hypochlorite solution could inhibit the growth of endophytic fungi.
