Title: Effects of Sevoflurane Inhalation Anesthesia on Palinesthesia and Cognitive Function in Patients Underwet Operation
Abstract: Objective To approach effects of sevoflurane inhalation anesthesia on palinesthesia and cognitive function in patients underwet operation. Methods 46 senile patients selective abdomen operation were divided into two groups(n=23 for each): sevoflurane and remifentanil(sevoflurane group),isoflurane and remifentanil(isoflurane group). Two groups maintained with remifentanil.Eyes open time, extubation time,OAAS score after extubation and MMSE score of before and after extubation were recoreded. Results Eyes open time of sevoflurane group was shorter than that of isoflurane group(P0.05),OAAS score and extubation time of sevoflurane group were higher than that of isoflurane group when extubation and 10 minutes after extubation(P0.05).MMSE score of sevoflurane group 30,60 minutes after extubation were higher than that of isoflurane group(P0.05).Conclusions sevoflurane inhalation anesthesia was suitable to old patients underwet operation.
