Title: Clinical efficacy during sevoflurane, isoflurane anesthesia in the patients undergoing lapsroscopic surgery
Abstract: Aim To investigate and compare the clinical efficacy of sevoflurane, isoflurane anesthesia in the patients undergoing lapsroscopic surgery. Methods Fourty-two ASA Ⅰor Ⅱpatients undergoing elective laparoscopic cholecystectomy were randomly divided into two groups:sevoflurane group(n=21,group S) and isoflurane group(n=21,group I).Anesthesia was maintained with 1MAC end-tidal concent ration of sevoflurane or Isoflurane by continuous.HR,SP,DP and SpO2 were continuously measured throughout anesthesia. The time of open eyes and extubation was recorded. Results The hemodynamic status of all patients were little influenced by sevoflurane in S group or isoflurane in I group at 1MAC.There were differences in the time of open eyes and extubation between group S and group I.Conclusion Inhalation of sevoflurane can affect hemodynamics in a similar degree to inhalation of isoflurane in the patients undergoing lapsroscopic surgery. But the time of open eye and extubation in group S were significantly shorter than those in group I.
