Title: Extraction Optimization and Antioxidant Activity of Peanut Polysaccharides
Abstract: To make a more comprehensive use of polysaccharides in defatted peanut cake,response surface methodology was applied to study the effect of ratio of material to liquid(x1),extraction time(x2) and extraction temperature(x3) on the production of polysaccharides from defatted peanut cake.Regression equation to the three factors were established by Design Expert and statistic6.0 software.Results show that the regression equation was significant,and the mathematical model for the simulation was suggested.It was found that the optimum technical conditions were as follows:ratio of material to solvent was 1:41(g/mL),extraction temperature at 96 ℃ for 1.93 h,the optimal polysaccharides yield can be achieved to 10.41 %,the verified value under these conditions was 10.24 %.And also studied the antioxidant activity of the polysaccharides extracted by 75 % ethanol and 80 % ethanol.
