Title: Study on the Extraction Technology of Polysaccharide from Monkshood-tuber
Abstract: Objective:To study the extraction techniques of polysaccharide from Monkshoodtuber.Methods: Single factor test and orthogonal experiment design methods L9(34) were applied to analyze the influence of solid-liquid rate,extraction temperature,time,pH,times and ethanol concentration for precipitation on the extraction percent of polysaccharide from Monkshood-tuber.Results: Experimental results indicated that temperature and solid-liquid rate would significantly affect the extraction percent of the soluble polysaccharide.The optimum condition for the extraction technique were as following: solidliquid rate was 1∶40,temperature was 90℃,time was 2h,pH was 8,times was 1 and concentration of ethanol for precipitation was 805.In this condition,the extraction percent of rude polysaccharide from Monkshood-tuber was 0.07% and the polysaccharide content was 9.11%.Conclusion: The research Can provide a theoretical foundation for further development and utilization of polysaccharide from Monkshood-tuber.
