Title: A virtual manipulator control system design based on Kingview
Abstract: By analyzing the basic structure and the control requirements of the manipulator,this paper finished the programming of PLC control system and on the basis of combining the computer configuration technology with the manipulator PLC control system,completed the communication in the configuration software and eventually accomplished the visual graphics configuration and the virtual experiments for the manipulator PLC control system in the Kingview. The developed virtual manipulator system has a brief and clear interface and plentiful functions which can actually represent the control process of a true manipulator and in the mean time operators can debug the control process. This virtual manipulator system has the following features:full-function,low-cost,high-efficiency,strong-extensibility,strong-practicability and having an intuitionistic and graphic interface and so on. It can be widely applied to the experimental teaching of the PLC control manipulator and the remote monitoring in industry site.
