Title: Thirty Cases of Diabetic Gastroparesis Treated by Electroacupuncture
Abstract: Objective: To value the therapeutic effect of electroacupuncture in the treatment of diabetic gastroparesis.Method: A single-blind randomized clinical trial was made for a rough test and verifying.Sixty patients with diabetic gastroparesis were randomly divided into treatment group(n=30) and control group(n=30).Result:①In the treatment group the total effective rate was 93.33%,in the control group the total effective rate was 90%.There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups(P0.05).②Electroacupuncture and mosapride could promote gastric emptying,after treatment it has significant difference in comparison with that before treatment(P0.01),and there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups(P0.05).Conclusion: Electroacupuncture and mosapride are similar in curative effect to treat diabetic gastroparesis.Electroacupuncture can be regarded as an effective therapy without obvious side-effects for diabetic gastroparesis.
