Title: COMPARISON STUDY ON THE CLINICAL EFFICACY OF LAPAROSCOPIC AND OPEN MYOMECTOMY
Abstract: [Objective] To compare the clinical efficacy of laparoscopic and open myomectomy.[Methods]58 cases of uterine fibroids were randomly divided into the laparoscopic group and the laparotomy group,29 cases in each group, they received laparoscopic and open myomectomy respectively and the operating time, blood loss, postoperative out-of-bed activity time, anal exhaust time, length of stay and complications of the two groups were observed.[Results]Blood loss of laparoscopic group was(62.5±6.0)ml which was significantly less than laparotomy group, the difference was statistically significant(P﹤0.05);the postoperative out-of-bed activity time, anal exhaust time, length of stay of laparoscopic group were(10.5±1.2)h,(21.0±2.5)h and(5.7±2.2)d,respectively,which were significantly shorter than the laparotomy group, the difference were statistically significant(P﹤0.05),but the operating time between the two groups had no significant difference(P﹥0.05);the postoperative complication incidence rate of laparoscopic group was 5.2%,and of laparotomy group was 20.1%,the difference between groups was statistically significant(P﹤0.05).[Conclusion]Laparoscopic myomectomy has many advantages such as less trauma, faster recovery, shorter hospital stay and fewer complications,it is worthy of clinical application.
