Title: Clinical efficacy comparison: laparoscopic myomectomy and abdominal myomectomy
Abstract: Objectives: To compare the clinical efficacy between laparoscopic myomectomy and abdominal myomectomy.Methods: 152 patients with uterine fibroid from January 2008 to January 2012 were studied.The patients were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,76 patients in each group.The experimental group were treated with laparoscopic myomectomy,the control group were treated with abdominal myomectomy.Results: The bleeding volume of the experimental group patients was significantly less than that of the control group(P0.05).The surgery time,exhaust time and hospital stay of the experimental group were significantly shorter than those of the control group(P0.05).The incidence rate of complications of the experimental group patients(6.6%) was significantly lower than that of the control group(30.3%)(P0.05).Conclusions: Laparoscopic myomectomy is worthy of clinical application.
