Abstract:Random amplified polymorphic DNA(RAPD) techniques were used to detect the genetic diversity of 12 Bromus inermis Leyss populations.A total of 87 bands were amplified with 9 RAPD primers,of which 45 we...Random amplified polymorphic DNA(RAPD) techniques were used to detect the genetic diversity of 12 Bromus inermis Leyss populations.A total of 87 bands were amplified with 9 RAPD primers,of which 45 were polymorphic bands.The average percentage of polymorphic bands were 51.72%.76 were polymorphic(PPB=87.36%) in species level.The results of Popgen32 analysis indicated that Nei's gene diversity(H) was 0.1843,Shannon information index(I*) was 0.2933.Gene difference index(Gst) among populations was 0.2735,which means the percentage of gene difference among populations was only 27.35%.The results showed that the genetic variation within population was higher than among populations.The cluster analysis showed that genetic distance was related to geographic distance only on partial populations,human's wide cultivation maybe broaden the gene flows among populations.Read More
