Title: Study the change of serum levels of CA19-9 and hs-CRP in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus patients
Abstract: Objective To study the change of serum levels of CA19-9 and hs-CRP in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus patients. Methods Serum levels of 110 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were respectively measured by electro-chemi-luminescence immunoassay assay and fluorescence immunoassay, the control group was the health group matching gender and year,An analysis of the change of Serum levels of CA19-9 and hs-CRP in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus patients,if CA19-9 and hs-CRP levels were significantly higher than those in normal controls, these patients should be detected by CT,to eliminate lesions of pancreas、gall bladder and liver. Results Serum levels of CA19-9[(38±11.7) kU/ml]and hs-CRP[(3.03±1.54) mg/L]in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus patients were significantly higher than those in normal controls:CA19-9[(9.6±4.3) kU/ml]and hs-CRP[(0.82±0.24) mg/L],(P0.05).Multiple regression analysis showed CA19-9 was positive relativity with FBS(r=0.48,P0.05) and hs-CRP(r=0.45,P0.05).Conclusion CA19-9 is relativity with FBS and hs-CRP in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus patients,if serum levels of CA19-9 and hs-CRP are elevated,to eliminate malignant, the patients should be test pancreas, gall bladder and liver ect.
