Title: Thrombectomy Combined with Endovascular Therapy in Treatment of Low Limb Deep Venous Thrombosis
Abstract: Objective To investigate the preliminary experience of intervention and obliterans operation on Cockett Syndrome with deep venous thrombosis.Methods The clinical data of 65 patients undergoing the vena cava filter implanting,thrombectomy,the iliac vein venoplasty,the stenting and temporary arteriovenous fistula were analyzed retrospectively.Results Stricture and obstruction were found in left iliac vein variously.Following up these cases from 1 to 46 months,52 cases were found limb swelling alleviated fully,7 cases alleviated more than 2/3,4 cases alleviated more than 1/3,3 cases alleviated slightly,and there was no death in perioperative period.Conclusion The methods were minimally therapy,which were adopted as placement of IVC filter and obliterans from femoral vein and balloon dilatation and endovascular stent of iliac vein.All these methods could use obliterans form low limb deep venous and cure Cockett Syndromes.
