Title: Efficacy of Trimetazidine plus Clopidogrel for Unstable Angina Pectoris
Abstract: OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the curative efficacy of trimetazidine plus clopidogrel for unstable angina pectoris.METHODS: 100 patients with unstable angina pectoris were randomly assigned to receive conventional therapy alone(control group,n=50) or conventional therapy plus trimetazidine and clopidogrel(trial group,n=50).After treatment for 8 weeks, the clinical efficacy, adverse drug reactions(ADRs) and the changes in ECG and dynamic electrocardiogram(DCG) were compared between two groups.RESULTS: The effective control rate of angina,ECG,the occurring times of ischemia in DCG,the total ischemic duration in the trial group had a better improvement than in the control group, showing significant differences between the two groups(P0.05).CONCLUSION: Trimetazidine plus clopidogrel has satisfactory therapeutic efficacy for unstable angina pectoris yet without adverse drug reactions, which thus deserving to be used widely in clinical practice.
