Title: Intravenous rt-PA and Urokinase Thrombolytic Therapy in Hyperacute Cerebral Infaction
Abstract: Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of intravenous thrombolysis with recombinant tissue plasminogen activator(rt-PA)and urokinase(UK) in patients with hyperacute cerebral infarction. Methods Sixty-two patients were randomly divided into rt-PA group and UK group, with 31 patients in each group.Comparison of neurological score and adverse reactions between the two groups was carried out before treatment and 21 days after medication by National Institutes of Health stroke scale(NIHSS).Results There were not significant differences in NIHSS score between the two groups before treatment(P0.05).NIHSS score in both groups significantly decreased 21 days after thrombolysis, compared with that before treatment(P0.01),but the differences between the two groups were not significant(P0.05).There were no significant differences in symptomatic intracerebral hemorrhage rate and mortality rate between the two groups(P0.05).Conclusion The efficacy and safety of intravenous thrombolysis with rt-PA and UK are similar in patients with hyperacute cerebral infarction.
