Title: Clinical significance of detecting serum levels of serum bilirubin, uric acid,hs-CRP in patients with coronary heart disease
Abstract: Objective To study the clinical significance of detecting serum levels of serum Bil,UA,hs-CRP in patients with coronary heart disease(CHD).Methods The serum levels of TBil,DBil,UA,hs-CRP were detected in 96 patients(46 patients with stable angina,30 patients with unstable angina,20 patients with acute myocardial infarction),and compared with those of 30 healthy subjects in the control group. Results The serum levels of TBil [(9.96±1.05) μmol/L],DBil [(2.69±0.32) μmol/L] in the CHD group were significantly lower than those in the control group(all P0.05),and the serum levels of UA [(376.52±40.21)μmol/L],hs-CRP [(11.35±1.26)mg/L] were significantly higher than those in the control group(all P0.05).The serum levels of TBil [(11.21±1.12),(9.86±1.04)μmol/L],DBil [(3.59±0.36),(2.98±0.32)μmol/L] in the SAP group and the UAP group were significantly higher than those in the AMI group(all P0.05),and the serum levels of UA [(292.05±29.12),(427.41±41.98)μmol/L],hs-CRP [(6.31±0.64),(10.67±1.14)mg/L] in the SAP group and the UAP group were significantly lower than those in the AMI group(all P0.05).The serum levels of UA,hs-CRP in the SAP group were significantly lower than those in the UAP group(all P0.05).The serum levels of TBil,DBil were negatively correlated with UA,hs-CRP(r=-0.61,-0.59,-0.63,-0.60,all P0.05).Conclusion The detection of serum levels of TBil,DBil,UA,hs-CRP play an important role in disease prediction and treatment of patients with CHD.
