Title: Observation on Embryonic Development of Hybrid Snakehead from Channa maculatus(♀) × Channa argus(♂)
Abstract: By the microscope NIKON E400,the embryonic development process of hybrid snakehead Hangli 1 produced by Channa maculatus(♀) × Channa argus(♂) was observed and recorded,and the morphological characteristics and developmental process of the embryo at different developmental stages were described.Based on the typical characteristics,the embryonic development process of Hangli 1 was divided into 8 stages: cleavage stage,blastula stage,gastrula stage,neurula stage,tail bud stage,muscular contraction stage,heart beating stage,hatching stage.From fertilized egg to hatching,it took around 50 hours at the temperature from 22 ℃ to 25 ℃.
