Title: Study on the Mechanism and the Application of the Management System and Cultural Sense Influencing on Staff's Behavior
Abstract: Psychologists, through the study on the psychology structure, put forward that human being's behavior is controlled by the combination of self power and super self power. Self-power, producing sense of self-value, judges everything by the rule-whether it is expediency or not, so it makes people selfish. On the country, super self-power, making super self value sense, judges things by if it is good to others, so it makes selfless. Obviously, combining management system with cultural sense can cultivate and control staff's behavior effectively from both self power and super self-power. So this kind of mechanism can help design more effective management system-that is linking self with super self, attaching importance of both culture and system.
