Title: Change of Ideas of Modern Organization Design
Abstract: This paper holds that, the proposition that decides structure, and then follows represents the disconnected style of linear thinking. In the real world, although it can be adjusted to some extent, can't be changed arbitrarily. On one hand, the conservative nature of organizations will remain to get strong support when it faces strategic changes. On the other hand, the change of organization forms is difficult to suit for the unexpected strategic changes under present complicated, changeable and unstable conditions. Therefore, managers are bound to change the traditional model of decides structure into a kind of new model. In this model, the business processes and staff behaviors determine the way that staffs are organized. Since the real environment changes randomly, headquarters should have sophisticated action ability;at the same time,organization design should change its determined system from official information and strategy system into a more flexible system based on interpersonal relationships.
