Abstract:Objective: To increase the cognition to the interstitial lung disease.Methods: Eighteen cases of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis(IPF) and twenty cases of interstitial lung disease with other causes were...Objective: To increase the cognition to the interstitial lung disease.Methods: Eighteen cases of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis(IPF) and twenty cases of interstitial lung disease with other causes were retrospectively analyzed by clinical feature and high resolution computed tomography(HRCT) characteristics.Results: Interstitial lung disease had the following HRCT findings: abnormal lines,honeycombing,ground-glass opacity and nodules.In IPF patients,the reticular or honeycombing were found in HRCT and mostly distribute along the bottom of lung and subpleural.The main clinical manifestations were typical proceeding dyspnea,clubbing fingers,cyanopathy and velcro rales.Conclusion: The IPF has characteristics on clinic and HRCT,and is different from interstitial lung disease with other causes.Read More
