Methods: 7 529 cases with gallbladder disease and 12 947 cases without gallbladder disease (control group)in 2007, including the corresponding blood lipid, were retrospectively analyzed. Results: The incidence of benign gallbladder diseases was 24.8% ; gallstones, gallbladder polypslike lesions, the crystallization of cholesterol in the gallbladder, gallbladder wall thickening, cholecystectomy and other groups incidence rates were 6.40% , 6.75% , 5.20% , 14.21% , 3.81% , 0.65% ,respectively. The blood lipid levels of cholecystectomy group and control group of blood lipid levels were significant difference (P0. 05). Conclusions: The present work shows Benign gallbladder diseases, particularly gallstones, gallbladder disease, the crystallization of cholesterol with hyperlipidemia (especially the increase of triglyceride)were closely related.Read More
