Title: Determination of Chlorobenzenes in Drinking Water by Headspace Gas Chromatographywith Capillary Column
Abstract: Determination of 12 kinds of Chlorobenzene in drinking water was established by gas chromatography / mass spectrometry. Chlorinated benzene compounds were extracted by purge-and-trap,separated by GC and determined by MS. Medium polarity capillary column( DB624,30 m × 0. 25 mm × 0. 25 μm) and temperature programming were adopted. Twelve chlorobenzenes were separated well. The method detection limits were 0. 031 ~ 0. 78 μg / L. The linear range was 0. 997 ~ 0. 999.The relative standard deviation was 3% ~ 11% and recovery ranged 75% ~ 107%. The method established in the present paper was simple,precious,accuracy and sensitive and applicable to the determination of chlorinated benzene compounds in water.
