Title: Investigation of first psychiatric visiting in 48 patients with first-onset depression
Abstract: Objective:To understand the psychiatric visiting and related factors in depressive patients. Method:48 patients with first-onset depression were investigated about their course of disease,initiative,history of treatment in nonpsychiatric department,etc. Results:There were 33.3% to find psychiatric treatment,and 72.9% to nonpsychiatric,the average couse of disease were(6.4±4.4)months.Progressively regression analysis indicated:the factors of relevant to the cause of disease at first visiting were physical symptoms,onset and age,pessimistic level,to initiative was insight,to nonpsychiatric department was physical symptom. Conclusion:〖WTBZ〗Most depressive patients didn't find psychiatric help initiative and on time,the essential reason was not enough to understand it.
