Abstract: In the process of interaction among the traditional concept, social environment, kindergarten environment, and the specific teaching work, the male preschool teachers face many dilemmas on their professional route of development. The main reason is that male preschool teachers' low social status and salary, the second reason is the dilemma the male preschool teachers face in adapting to the working environment, teaching and management.
