Title: The Current Status, Causes, and Promotion Strategies of Current School Teachers' Occupational Well-being
Abstract: Teachers' professional well-being of teachers according to their own internalized values, creative play in their own education and teaching life potential of activation, the satisfaction of individual needs long-term, positive emotional experience. Investigation by the domestic authorities, the current primary and secondary school teachers 'professional well-being generally low, which led to the teachers' occupational well-being the main reason is twofold: First, the teachers for their own reasons, namely to reduce the internal happiness of the teaching profession, the main including teacher burnout, low self-efficacy of teachers, teachers' lack of professional feelings, etc.; in which the life of teachers in the field, that is, lead to the happiness of the teaching profession weak external cause. To this end, the author proposed three aspects of the society, school, personal strategies to enhance teachers' professional happiness.
