Title: Research Progress on Transvaginal Sonography in Endometrial Lesions
Abstract: Endometrial lesion is one of the common gynecological diseases,its clinical symptoms usually include long-term irregular vaginal bleeding,increased menstrual blood volumn and prolonged menstrual period among women in reproductive ages,reoccurrence of vaginal bleeding or liquid drainage among postmenopausal women. Transvaginal ultrasound is a most easily-accepted way of exmination,imaging of endometrial morphology,flow distribution and others can be observed through two-dimensional transvaginal ultrasound,color Doppler and even three-dimensional power Doppler. Transvaginal ultrasound can be used in the primary diagnosis of endometrial lesions,and it is a quick method for screening endometrial lesions.
