Title: The Changes of Auricular Microcirculation and Lung Morphology in Mice During Acute Chlo ration Intoxication
Abstract: Objective To observe the changes of peripheral microcirculation and lung morphology in mice during acute chloration intoxication (CHI) so as to explore more effective therapies for it. Methods Detect the auricular microcirculation, lung coefficients and morphology in 26 white mice 5 min and 15 min before and after chloration intoxication. Results 1. Microcirculation: the arteriole and venule spasmed, 70% of capillaries closed and the velocity of blood flow was fester in earlier stage during CHI. The venule dilatation appeared with the development of intoxication and reached the peak in 15 min. There are marked differences in the changes of auricular microcirculation between CHI and control group(P 0.01) .2. Lung coefficients: the lung coefficients obviously increased after CHI compared with control group(P 0.01) . 3. Lung morphology: there were cloudy swelling, bleeding and congestion in the surface of the lungs, and emphysema of alveoli, damage of framework, exudation and edema of interstitial were observed with microscope in CHI group. Conclusions Acute CHI can induce severe injury of lung and peripheral microcirculation.
