Title: The Efficacy of Two Surgical Treatments for Gallstones Compared
Abstract: Objective To compare laparoscopic cholecystectomy,open cholecystectomy treatment of the safety and feasibility of gallstones.MethodThe laparoscopic cholecystectomy,open cholecystectomy patients selected for treatment meet the standard of the 55 cases of gallstone patients compared to Group 2 success rate of hand,and compared blood loss,operative time,postoperative pain,anal exhaust time,hospital stay,complications and medical costs of the situation.Results Group 2 of the 55 patients were successfully operated,complete remove the stones,surgical success rates as high as 100.00%,compared with 2 groups was not significant(P0.05).2 group operative time,the medical department was no significant difference compared to the cost(P0.05);2 group blood loss,anal exhaust time,hospital stay and pain medication application rates,compared the incidence of postoperative complications between statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusion The treatment of gallstones during laparoscopic cholecystectomy than open cholecystectomy treatment is more safe,convenient,and has a small incision,less trauma,less bleeding,wound pain,shorter hospital stay,fewer complications,the body little impact on rehabilitation soon after and so on.
