Title: Effects of Fluoxetine,Paroxetine and Clomipamine on premature ejaculation:a clinical trial
Abstract: Objective:To evaluate the effect and side effect of Fluoxetine, Paroxetine and Clomipamine on premature ejaculation.Method:After having taken Fluoxetine (20 mg/d), Paroxetine (20 mg/d) and Clomipamine (50 mg/d) for four weeks, the patients were asked to reply the investgating questions about the effect and side effect before and after treament.Result:After four weeks treament, in the 74 cases following our study, there were no significant differences among Fluoxetine, Paroxetine and Clomipamine, but the rate of side effect with Fluoxetine was lower than that with Paroxetine or Clomipamine.Conclusion:Fuloxetin can increase the dependence on the treatment of premature ejaculation and improve indirectly the rate of successful cure.
