Title: Minimally Invasive Percutaneous Nephrolithotomy Report of 41 Cases
Abstract: Objective:To investigate the minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy(MPCNL)the efficacy of the treatment of kidney stones.Methods:MPCNL treatment of 41 cases of patients with kidney stones,of which 30 cases of kidney stones(stone diameter 2.0 cm),upper 11 cases of stones(stone diameter of 1.0-2.0 cm);single stone of 37 cases,4 cases of bilateral stones.Results:Fourty-one cases were treated success fully.Operation time 45-120 min,an average of 52.7 min,no case to open surgery.This group of cases of kidney stone removal of a single 26 cases(86.7%),4 cases of residual stones line the second phase operation taking the net;upper single stone-free rate of 100%.Conclusion:MPCNL is an effective method of treatment of kidney stones,with less trauma and stone high rate of speed the resumption of the advantages.
