Title: Preliminary Study on Diversity of Endophytic Fungi from Wild Cymbidium Plants Roots(Orchidaceae)
Abstract: The nine species of Cymbidium plants were collected from Guanxi,Guizhou and Yunnan provinces, the endophytic fungi of their root were isolated, its patterns were observed and its sequences were determined. The results showed that the isolated 99 endophytic fungi strains belong to 29 genera. The structure results of phylogenetic dentrogram produced by Ascomycota and basidiomycete showed that Ascomycota was more dominant than basidiomycete.Among them Fusarium(22.20%),Xylaria(6.06%) and Trichoderma(5.05%) of Ascomycota were the dominant fungi Species number and Simpson diversity index(D) of endophtic fungi from the orchids growing in forest habitat were higher than those in the habitat of openness.
