Title: Study on the Diversity of Endophytic Fungi of Lygodium japonicum
Abstract: 17 strains of endophytic fungi were firstly isolated from root, stem and leaf tissues of Lygodium japonicum(Thunb.) Sw.,of which 16 strains were identified belonging to 8 genera,5 families,4 orders,3 classes;and one strain had not been identified owing to lack of spores.Among the 8 genera of identified endophytic fungi,Penicillium Link ex Fr.was the dominant genera, accounting for 23.5% of the total number;the second were Acremonium Link and Alternaria Nees ex Fr.,each of which was comprised 17.6% of the total number.Quantity, distribution, and population constitution of endophytic fungi in L.japonicum varied in different tissues of the plants collected in different seasons, which reflected the ecological diversity of endophytic fungi in L.japonicum.
