Title: Clinical Efficacy Analysis of Traditional Chinese Medicine Enema in the Treatment of Chronic Renal Failure
Abstract: Objective:To explore the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine enema and its influence on renal function of patients with chronic renal failure.Method:65 cases of patients with chronic renal failure were randomly divided into the treatment group(33 cases)and the control group (32 cases),patients of the two groups were treated with conventional symptomatic treatment,the treatment group was given Chinese medicine enema treatment on basis of conventional symptomatic treatment,the clinical efficacy and related renal function indicators were observed after four weeks. Result:After four weeks of treatment,the total effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were 75.7% and 46.9%,and the difference of the two group was statistically significant( P 0.05);The level of SCr,BUN and BUA of the treatment group decreased significantly compared to pre-treatment,and those indicators of the treatment group were significantly lower than that of the control group after treatment,the differences were statistically significant( P 0.05).Conclusion:On the basis of conventional symptomatic treatment,Chinese medicine wenyangjiangzhuo soup enema can significantly reduce SCr,BUN and BUA levels in the early and mid patients with chronic renal failure,which is also effective in the improvement of patient’s renal function and clinical symptoms.
