Title: The Value of Color Doppler Ultrasound in Diagnosing Hepatic Artery Complication after Living Donor Liver Transplantation:21 Cases Report
Abstract: Objective:To evaluate the value of color Doppler ultrasound(CDUS)in diagnosis hepatic artery complication after living donor liver transplantation(LDLT).Methods:The ultrasonic data of hepatic artery in 21 cases after LDLT were analyzed retrospectively.Result:Two cases hepatic artery thrombosis(HAT)were diagnosed by CDUS and confirmed by operation or angiography.One case HAT was misdiagnosed and no case HAT was missed.One case hepatic artery stenosis(HAS)was misdiagnosed.Conclusion:CDUS was important and valuable for screening and diagnosing HAT and evaluate the effect of treatment,but the pseudo-false cases for HAT and HAS should be excluded carefully.
