Abstract:Objective:To study therapeutic effect of the different pharmacological classification of antihypertensive drugs used alone and combined use.Method:150 cases of hypertension were randomly divided into ...Objective:To study therapeutic effect of the different pharmacological classification of antihypertensive drugs used alone and combined use.Method:150 cases of hypertension were randomly divided into three groups in our hospital from February 2011 to February 2014, 50 cases in each group.Group A were given oral calcium channel blockers verapamil.Group B patients were given oral beta blockers propranolol.Group C were given two drugs combined application.The course was 8 weeks,efficacy and safety of three groups were observed and compare.Result:8 weeks after treatment, the total effective rate of group C was significantly higher than that of groups A and B, the average blood pressure decreased respectively 30,28,50 mm Hg.Incidence of adverse reactions of group C was lower than that of group A and B,the difference was statistically significan(tP0.05).Conclusion:The combined used of verapamil and propranolol could effectively control the patient blood pressure, effect is better than alone, and the incidence of adverse reactions is relatively low.Combined therapy should be chosen and promoted according to the specific etiology.Read More
