Title: Susceptibility of Three Housefly(Musca domestica L.) Populations and Their AchE to Insecticides
Abstract: Susceptibility of 3 housefly(Musca domestica L.) populations to 12 organophosphorus and carbamate insecticides were determined by dry film bioassay, and their head AChE susceptibility were tested in vitro by kinetic method. The results showed that Org population was more susceptible to pirimicarb(LC50=18.654 mg·L-1) and metolcarb(LC50=17.387 mg·L-1) than FAAS population(LC50 being 26.011 and 26.632 mg·L-1,respectively),and FAAS population was more susceptible to fenobucarb(LC50=8.271 mg·L-1) than Org population(12.539 mg·L-1).Org and FAAS populations were more significantly susceptible to the insecticides except methamidophos than FZ population(95% CI non-overlapping).The AChE of Org population was more significantly susceptible to Diazinon(IC50=0.025 mg·L-1) than that of FAAS population(IC50=0.048 mg·L-1).The AChE of FAAS population was more susceptible to phoxim(IC50=0.021 mg·L-1) than Org population(IC50=0.026 mg·L-1).The AChE of Org and FAAS populations were more significantly susceptible to all the tested insecticides than that of FZ population(95% CI non-overlapping).
