Title: Evaluation of the target organs damage by ambulatory blood pressure monitoring of 246 hypertension patients
Abstract: Objective To explore the value of ambulatory blood pressure monitoring target organ damage in the hypertension patients. Methods The statistics recordings by 24 h ambulatory blood pressure for 246 hypertensive patients were analyzed, among which 118 patients whose pure high blood pressure were enhanced was original hypertension group, while the other 128 patients whose target organs were damaged was accompany organs damaged group. Results (1) 24 h systolic pressure, daytime diastolic pressure and nighttime diastolic pressure in the accompany target organs damaged group were lower than those in the original hypertension group (P0.01).(2) As for 24 h average systolic pressure, nighttime average diastolic pressure, the abnormal circadian rhythm and pressure burden, the difference were significant between patients with 3 target organ damage and those with 1 target organ damage. Conclusions The higher abnormal circadian rhythm,24 h average systolic pressure, nighttime average diastolic pressure and pressure burden, the more target organ damagse can be observed.
