Title: Simulation Research on Fuzzy Self-tuning PID Control in NC Machine Tool Servo System
Abstract: In order to study fuzzy PID controller method,the NC machine tool servo system was introduced as a study object and has analyzed the advantages of fuzzy controller and PID method.By using the MATLAB and Simulink environment to build a simulation of fuzzy PID controller,one design procedure of fuzzy PID controller and its applications were studied.The simulation result showed that fuzzy PID controller can make up the deficiencies of conventional PID controller which has poor performance and poor quality of adaptability relatively,and fuzzy PID controller can reduce the overstrike of system with good dynamic response and dynamic characteristics.
