Title: Hypertensive Cerebral Hemorrhage Clinical and CT Features and Prognosis
Abstract: Objective To investigate patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage and CT features and clinical characteristics and prognosis.Methods Clinical data and CT data of 198 cases with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage were retrospectively analyzed.We observed and analyzed the bleeding amount,bleeding site,blood pressure,the state of consciousness and prognosis.Results The male was 59.6%,female was 40.4%.The largest proportion of hemorrhagic cerebral hemorrhage on the screen,it was 72.2%(143/198).Compare survival patients bleeding amount,patients who died was significantly higher(P0.05).Compared three groups of death patients,average systolic blood pressure of survival patients was significant difference(P0.05).Patients were unconscious state of consciousness when treated.Conclusion Hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage prognostic factors include blood loss,blood pressure and the state of consciousness.
