Title: The Prognosis of Cerebral Hemorrhage Bleeding and Postoperative Again:A Correlation Analysis
Abstract: Objective To investigate the related factors and prognosis of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage after hemorrhage.Methods All 219 patients with cerebral hemorrhage were selected in our hospital from March 2004 to September 2010,39 patients were bleeding again after surgery.Analysis patients' hypertension history,blood loss and bleeding again after surgery,and the healing effect of the postoperative blood pressure control level and lung infection patients after bleeding complications.The bleed again patients divided into surgery group and drug therapy group,and evaluation the results.Results There was positively correlated with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage rebleeding and patients with hypertension history.(P0.05),but was no significant correlation with the amount of bleeding(P0.05).On comparing results of different treatment methods,the use of surgical treatment's prognosis was significantly better than drugs groups(P0.05).Conclusion Long-term history of hypertension,hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage have a higher risk of rebleeding,surgery patients' choice should be noted.While the indication for surgery in bleeding patients should try to choose surgical treatment,and strictly control of blood pressure and lung infection in order to improve the outcome.
