Title: Investigate the effects and the reasons of diabetic and pioglitazone in myocardial ischemic-reperfusion injure
Abstract: Objective: To observe the changes of superoxide dismutase, glutathione peroxidase,malonialdehyde,Na+,K+-ATPase,Mg2+-ATPase and Ca2+-ATPase in myocardial ischemic reperfusion, and the effects of diabetic and pioglitazone in them;and to investigate the possible reason. Methods: Rats were randomly divided into two groups. One was the control group, which was subdivided into MIR group(C1 group)and pioglitazone+MIR group(C2 group).Another was the diabetic group, which was subdivided into MIR group(D1 group)and pioglitazone+MIR group(D2 group). The changes of MDA,SOD,GSH-PX,Na+,K+-ATPase,Mg2+-ATPase and Ca2+-ATPase were examined. Results: Compared with C1 group, the levels of SOD,GSH-PX were decreased significantly, the levels of MDA were increased significantly, and the activities of Na+,K+-ATPase in myocardial cytochrome were decreased significantly in D1 group;compared with C1 group, the levels of SOD,GSH-PX were increased significantly, the levels of MDA were decreased significantly, the activities of Na+,K+-ATPase,Mg2+-ATPase,Ca2+-ATPase in myocardial cytochrome were increased significantly in C2 group;compared with D1 group, the levels of SOD,GSH-PX were increased significantly, the levels of MDA were decreased significantly, and the activities of Na+,K+-ATPase,Mg2+-ATPase,Ca2+-ATPase in myocardial cytochrome were increased significantly in D2 group. Conclusion: The findings indicated that diabetic will aggravate the injury of MIR,pioglitazone will lighten the injury of MIR and MIR of diabetic rats.
