Title: Two Problems about Ecological Perspective of Chinese Philosophy
Abstract: Chinese Philosophy is a philosophy of sheng, which is the essence of the Chinese philosophy, i. e. the ecological philosophy. Nature creates all of lives in the world, so human being is the son of the nature. Man can take part in the nature by actively participating in and accomplishing life creation in the nature. As man is more intelligent and more valuable than other lives, man has the priority of gaining the means of subsistence while other lives have the intrinsic value to possess the privilege of survival and development. Nature is composed of man and other beings, so man should equally respect and love all beings, which is man's duty. The Confucial theory of loving things is a deep ecology, which doesn't deny creophagy but puts forward to the significant principle of how to live. According to this principle, man can get everything properly and consume everything reasonably in the way of a sustainable development.
