Title: Clinical Observation on Effect of Urinary Microalbumin in Incipient Diabetic Nephropathy Treated by Integrative Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine
Abstract: Objective: To observe the effect of urinary microalbumin in incipient diabetic nephropathy(DN) treated by integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine(TCMWM).Methods: 82 patients with incipient diabetic nephropathy were randomly divided into two groups,The control group were treated with western medicine canonical therapy;the treatment group was treated with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine canonical therapy,the Chinese herb decoction was given twice a day by syndrome differentiation.The course of treatment was three months.Urinary macroalbumin,blood glucose,serum lipid and blood pressure were measured at basis and after treatment in these patients.Results: ①No obvious changes of the levels of blood glucose and serum lipid as well as blood pressure were observed after treatment in the two groups.②the urinary macroalbumin were reduced significantly after treatment in two groups(P0.05).There was much obviously decreased in treatment group(P0.01).There was significantly difference after treatment between treatment group and control group(P0.05).Conclusion: Integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment was obviously superior to therapy with western medicine alone in incipient diabetic nephropathy.
