Title: Clinical efficacy of combined Chinese and western medicine treatment of the medium-term diabetic nephropathy
Abstract: Objective To explore the clinical effect of medium-term diabetic nephropathy treating with Irbesartan and traditional Chinese medicine.Methods 43 cases selected were randomly divided into two groups,treatment group and control group are taking the same basic therapy,the treatment group in the control group on the basis of basic treatment,use of Bu Zhong Yi Qi Tang and Liu Wei Di Huang Pill,treatment for 8 weeks.Before and after the treatment,observed two groups symptoms and signs of changes,as well as serum creatinine(Scr),creatinine clearance rate(Ccr) and 24h urine total protein.Results ①The treatment group,the total efficiency of 100% compared with the control group,the total efficiency of 85%,respectively,compared with significant difference between Chinese and Western medicine with the clinical efficacy of the treatment is better than Western medicine treatment alone(P0.05).②The treatment group compared with the control group after treatment,Scr,24h urinary albumin decreased quantity and there are significant differences in Ccr increased(P0.05),showed that the treatment group in improving diabetic nephropathy in patients with Scr、Ccr、24h urinary albumin volume connection,compared with the control group had an obvious advantage.Conclusion The medium-term Diabetic nephropathy treating with Irbesartan combined traditional Chinese medicine has a significantly clinical effect,and superior to western medicine alone effect,it′s worthy to be popularized.
