Abstract: Based on current situation of China's online shopping,consumers' behaviors are divided into five stages:having the need,searching for information,evaluating and choosing,deciding to buy,and buying and testing.It is believed that online shopping enables consumers to be more aware of their needs,to search more precisely,to evaluate more objectively and to consume more rationally.The communication technology is in progress and online shopping is prevailing.Therefore,it is an inevitable trend for enterprises to use electronic channels to provide clients with electronic services.
