Title: ASSESSMENT OF FACTORS AFFECTING ONLINE SHOPPING
Abstract: Online shopping simply means buying goods and services online with the help of electronic gadget and internet. Earlier offline shopping/physical shopping was the best way to buy goods and services but now each and every person is interested in online shopping because of the benefits that are offered. Online shopping is increasing at a great pace because it is time saving, 24*7 service, fast delivery, replacement option and many more opportunities are provided. To study consumer behaviour for online shopping, various factors are studied. 20 papers are examined (2007-2019) to see the most important factors. A conceptual framework is developed on the basis of the factors from the past years.
