Title: Galactography:Application in Diagnosis of the Breast Duct Disease
Abstract: Objective:To investigate galactography in the diagnosis of the breast duct disease.Methods:Retrospective review galactographic files of 56 patients with breast duct disease.All cases were proved by clinical,molgbdenum target radiogram,galactography and pathology.Results:There were tumors in 25 cases,accounted for 44.64%,including intraductal papilloma 12 cases;intraductal paillocarcinoma 4 cases and ductal carcinoma 9 cases.In this group,intraductal papilloma was the most common,accounted for 48%.Non-tumors disease 31 cases including mammary ductal ectasia 11 cases,mammary ductal mastitis 2 cases and mammary ductal ectasia with chronic mastitis 18 cases.In this group,mammary ductal ectasia with chronic mastitis was the most common,accounted for 55.35%.Conclusion:The galactography is important for diagnosis and differential diagnosis of mammary ductal disease.It is valuable in the early diagnosis of the intraductal papillocarcionma.
