Title: Clinical analysis of 55 SLE patients with ANA negative
Abstract: Objective: To study the clinical features of ANA negative SLE. Methods: The clinical data of 55 ANA negative SLE patients and l50 ANA positive SLE patients in the last three years were comparatively analyzed. Results: Compared with the ANA positive group,the probabilities of occurrence of palms-and-feet erythema (70.91%,P 0.01) and anti-SSA antibody (47.27%, P 0.05) were higher in the ANA negative group, while occurrence of kidney and blood system damage (45.45%,16.36%,P 0.05) and anti-ds-DNA antibody and anti-Sm antibody (34.54%,P 0.01;20.00%,P 0.05)were lower. Additionally, scores of SLEDAI in the ANA negative group were lower. Conclusions: ANA negative SLE mainly does damage to skins,rarely to internal organs. Patients′ conditions are stable comparatively.
