Abstract: Customer knowledge management as a business strategy can help the enterprises to cope with the challenges of the market.At present,most of the researches on customer knowledge management are about theory discussion and lack of empirical study.Based on the previous studies,first the paper proposes the dimension of customer knowledge management and revises the dimension of customer response capacity.And then the paper constructs the model of customer knowledge management-customer response capacity-organizational performance and makes empirical study on it.
